I've been expecting the scenario to unfold in Florida the most likely of the current bubble markets to show some of the same stress you see in your market. Still looks amazingly resiliant here.. Perhaps expanding populations and growth in local nominal GDP is the difference? You should check out the prices being asked plus all the new development at ski resorts out in the Rocky Mountains. Talk about a bubble for the ages comparable to Miami and Vegas condos ..

He should incorporate and float an IPO. Say, 1 million shares at $100 per.

If WCI is worth $22 a share, his business in total is worth $100 million, easily.
