What you have to do Mq, is LOOK at ALL the things that Bush is blamed for, and realize by that ALL the things a President is supposed to do....at least in some people's minds. He is "supposed" to be the end all, be all, know all....at least some people think. The President is only as good as those who work under him/her (although I surely hope the first "her" IS NOT Hillary)... When you consider that ALL those who work in any particular Administration, including the janitors, were mostly there BEFORE the current President arrived, and will be there AFTER the current President leaves, you have to wonder how we ever get anything done at all. The President doesn't "kick out the entire population of the government that were already in place".... Maybe that is the problem.
