Places like Sudan and Somalia give anarchy a bad name. To be fair I cannot think of any long term anarchy that didn't devolve into some group bullying another. So maybe anarchy gives anarchy a bad name.

It theory though, there is nothing wrong with anarchy. It requires all participants to be egalitarian. I suspect that any form of government in which all participants were egalitarian would work well.
