I've been able to get them to adjust the amount they'll give me on my trade in, but they don't haggle much on the price of the newer car. At least that's my experience. These cars sell right away, so they don't have to give up much to move them. In the past, the vehicle I traded in was well used... over 100k usually. They don't even want these and take them straight over to the auto auction. They end up on "auto row" under the sign that says "Buy here, Pay here" for a few hundred bucks.
