And Joe, given the difficulty with yielding Barcelona I imagine working 2-core yields will be >> working 4-core yields, so no problem there. :)

I don't think it is a given. The logic area is not too far from big cores of the past, such as original Athlon and Willamette. If working 2-core >> working 4-core, it would imply that yields of the above big cores << 50%, which is unlikely.
