Liar. Democrats have no plan to cut funds for troops. Bush is about to veto funding for the troops because he dishonestly refuses to do what almost everyone in the world and country wants him to do, bring this dissater in Iraq to an end. Bush wants it to keep going for some sick reason. Probably all about the oil.
