thats how peace is typically made--clear results with winners and losers. Where there is ambiguity there is rejectionism, terror and then revisionism etc. The war the pals clearly lost was in the past. It was the their failure to accept that loss and their revisionist view of that time that leads to todays impasse. If there was no UN back in 67 and a formal surrender, the israelis would have had the choice of being the vindictive french at versaille or the beneficent americans with germany and japan. Thats all i meant.
