I think Bush is a bizarre human being and an even stranger President. I'm really ticked off that he slouched in his chair and looked almost totally indifferent during the Charlie Rose interview. He might have been having a beer on the back patio with a buddy waiting for the burgers to finish cooking.

I suspect that in private he simply snoozes through the day. I don't know what his problem is but he's not impressive. He doesn't create any confidence in his ability to do anything which is why he gets the lousy results.

I think he lied through his teeth during the 2000 campaign and the country was so fat and happy that it failed to pay attention to the lying. The Dems, in particular (which I am not BTW) snoozed through that one.
