Laura Bush appeared on the Today Show this morning in a one-on-one interview with Ann Curry. Curry asked her about the situation in Iraq, to which Mrs. Bush responded, "No one suffers more than their president and I do." That should be incredibly irritating to folks who have lost loved ones there. I don't think they know what national sentiment is when it comes to Iraq. Laura Bush was once popular but her popularity is starting to wane as well.
