Message 23492761 That can be interpreted 2 ways. Were you purposely disingenuous? Or just muddleheaded? How Do you think that electricity is generated? And the copper refined for the wires? And the steel for the towers? And the metal ores extracted from the earth? And the silicon in the chips in the computer made? And the silicon wafers turned into electronic chips? Pardon me. Al Gore's on the phone. He's going to explain to me how it is that he has no "carbon footprint". Without even thinking about the fact that he is using copper, steel, silicon chips, ... Did you know that abandoned silicon foundries are commonly declared Superfund sites? Still feel good about ALL you're doing for the environment? Or maybe a little hypocritical?
