"you can't tell a billion Chinese they can't drive now" Much worse than that; you can't tell 2 billion Chinese and Indians watching us on TV that they can't have the same lifestyle we do. Boy, are they gonna be pissed when they figure it out. "stop auto dealers from having megawatts of lights on 24/7" Funny; I was thinking that when I passed one on the way home tonight. Also thinking about my hospital. At least use motion detectors. The hospital is looking for advice from us about saving money; I should write up an entire green thing for them.
