thank you for the link ... i had missed that

<<fast women, fast cars, fast markets>>

... fast women, they are god-sent, and we must appreciate them

... fast cars ... over time my taste have shifted, unlike that for fast women ... i am pondering on getting a mini cooper ... traditionally i had always gone head over heals for vw scirrocco (original version), bmw 3, mazda rx7, mazda miata ... now a lexus suv (i like the look and bulk, but not the parking hassle in tight turn hk ... also i do not drive much) ... also thinking bmw 3 convertible, though not many days useable in hot and humid hk, and i only drive about 80 miles a year ;0/

... fast markets ... unlike fast women and fast cars, i am scared of fast markets ... well, hold on ... i guess i am not, i merely enjoy talking about being scared of them, like i do with fast women and cars :0)

Granted autos are turning down, but palladium is to a large degree a subsitute for platinum, and much cheaper - under $400 vs. over $1100.

So palladium use might go up as platinum use goes down.

While car sales are slowing in the US, they are rising in China and many other places. Pollution controls are getting tighter in most of the world.
