One or both of the two banks that account for the majority of FMD will eventually take the business inside if it's that good. Imo. Because these banks will do any deal, go to any country, etc. where they believe they can make a profit. So why give good profits to FMD when you don't have to?

The alleged positive on FMD is that they have a huge credit history on their student customers. That it can't be duplicated. My opinion - seeing how BAC others take uncredit worthy risks - is that that valuable credit history isn't of much value to the banks. I'm guessing, for the profit potential, if it's there, the banks will be willing do their own credit scoring and risk assessments.

Jmo, but as I say, I've been wrong on this company and stock before ... and might be again.
