jiffy lube... they caught a chain of them on west coast about two years ago charging for transmission oil changes that never were done.

i have know people go in for oil change and come out with dirty oil. i would never trust them unless i was supervising the oil change.

How many miles did you have on the Suburban prior to that transmission flush? I can't find anything in my car's manual about doing that.

I've always has good luck with Jiffy Lube. I stand in the shop and watch them though.
