Although American, I used to think of myself as Rhodesian. Now I tend to think of myself as a citizen of the World, not just the USA. I want America to do well, but I also want the world as a whole to do well. I think the thing America lacks most is the ability to see beyond our borders. It is not us vs. them. It is all of us together. All Americans are hypenated one way or another. Heck, we are all African if you go back far enough. Just my 2 cents.
