JimS, There was a time that almost everyone open carried a weapon, and no one thought anything of it, but those times are gone. At least, if a person carries openly, every one else is aware of it, and does not try to mess with him. I would be suspicious of anyone that held, but hid, a weapon. There has to be some reason they are hiding it.
