Doren -

I'll agree with that, and maybe some of the other systems guys here will, too. But there are plenty of IT people in the world who have never really worked with anything besides Windows. They would never agree to that statement.

Because of them and because of the millions of computer users who are just like them, in terms of their experience, I don't see how Apple could get to 40%, which would be by far its largest market share ever, by 2012. I'd love it if it did, but I just don't see it happening.
