You are nuts. You do not even have a clue about what you are posting about...and it is very clear to us.

Mustard gas is useless as a terrorist weapon so it's not a WMD in any real sense of the word. It is only useful for trench warfare such as Saddam was waging in the 80's against Iran. That's what it's left over from. It's also depleted and useless. There was no need to be concerned in the least about mustard gas.
