That inflation will not turn down even as near recession environment kicks in
That sustained higher energy price in the last 2-3 yrs would surely translate into higher prices for so called "core" items.
That weakness in dollar is a bad thing and has done ZILCH for deficit.
That monetary policy has been a serious failure wrt to achieving (at least one aspect of) its mandate: price stability//
