If voters stop looking at parties and start to look at qualifications and job performance, many of our problems will start to clear up. The parties and their members excuse themselves currently and the threads are a good example of this problem. Look at our candidates for 2008. Only a few have management experience and are qualified for serious consideration. It is not about speeches, it is about running a huge organization...yet voters once again are not paying attention and have decided that the candidate must come from a certain party first, and then they decide which one looks the best, gives good speeches...but they do not look at their ability to manage...it is nuts.
