I have been trading KRY since 1987. It has damn near been my total means of support. When and if it receives its enviro. permit, I expect it to spike to about US$9 before reality sets in. I would rather see the status quo remain. It is a no-brainer trade week after week if one is willing to accept from 5% to 20% on a RT.

regards

Lonnie, I suggested the company is seeking a cash settlement, and likely does not want the property back, so there is no answer to "top after permit is released". Whatever the arbitration award, that's the end of this story, though the company may use those funds to leverage their way into something else (after they pay sizable debt). ...just the way I see it for now, and I may change my views as additional information becomes available.
