don't think indian central bank RBI can tolerate this rise//they often start buying dollars in such cases..it will go back to 45 in a few months

indian foreign reserves (like china) has risen dramatically to ~$200 bil..
but unlike china, ~70-80% is foreign investor money looking for that emerging market action and very susceptible to flight w/ a keystroke..
