Seems as if he is pandering to conspiracy junkies. As to his "now here this"...he would have you believe that he has exclusive knowlege of a secret society that rules the world and that he is on the inside track ...I think not. Mr chapman certainly has experience in the pm market but he should try a less sensationalist style of writing ...or else teem up with Dan Brown. ps re 2009.......this is not new news.If you read Pimco you will see that 2009 is the year not to be in US long term bonds. Pss I would love to see the actual memo.
