I never came home in a cop car. They came to school and called all of us in to the office. They contacted our parents with the story. Going home that night to face my father, who was formerly the Deputy Chief of the Colorado State Patrol, was no picnic. Believe that! In spite of my wrong doing, my dad didn't scream at me like Baldwin... or Rosie. But I can assure you, he had my complete attention the entire time. We all were given records and told to behave for one year and the record would be destroyed. I don't think a single one of us ever got into that kind of trouble again.
