Buchanan is somewhat respected only because of all the visible conservatives, he's one of the few that makes any sense whatsoever. You work with what you've got. In the same vein, Joe Scarsborough is a huge improvement over Bill O'Reilly but that doesn't mean I like him. As for Reagan, ROTFLMAO! When he was president, I thought he was a bit of a goof. Now, I realize he was a fairly dangerous man......nothing on the order of Bush/Cheney/Rove but in the same context. Its clear that the conservative community has fallen way behind. Don't ever underestimate how much work it needs.
