KT, The first few days were easy because there were three "on the job" trainees at the windows with the regulars. So the volume was split up and low. I got my first real assignment the other day and it was pretty hectic. Today I am being sent to one of the craziest branches. If you don't hear from me for awhile, I'm in the recovery room. The worst part so far is that the customers try to confuse you, so that you make a mistake. There are techniques that can exploit vulnerabilities in concentration on both the bet and cash side. It's very annoying. Official policy is to not accept tips. I'll leave it at that. ;-)
