Nasty stuff. If used once, and the country saw the effects, it would cause a panic each time there was a incident. Since there is no signature, like a blast or a green cloud, you really wouldn't know which way to run or what to do. Almost the definition of a terror weapon; not a high degree of fatalities, but a lot of agony. As I understand, applying a bleach mixture to the skin will reduce the effects, but I hope we never need to use that tidbit...
