Along the path at the park, they have workout stations where you could do push ups, or sit ups, or pull ups, one kind of work out at each station along the path... yesterday I added to my workout, and today I'm going to increase the reps... weather is an important factor, rain is always a bummer, that's why it's important to go at every opportunity...
