I think he was referring to the old shells. In that regard he was correct.

Liar. Mustard Gas is useless as a terrorist weapon. ANy terrorist who would consider using mustard gas, especially from old depleted 1982 shells left over from the Iran-Iraq war would have to be the stupidest tango in existence. The stuff sinks right to the ground so is only used for trench warfare. But the Bushies point to those ancient shells and claim it's "proof Saddam had WMD". Total BS.

The point here is that every single claim Bush-Cheney and their supporters made about Saddam being an imminent or immediate threat to the US in 2002-2003 has been proven false. We actually now have much bigger threats in Iraq, all due to the fact that as Colin Powell warned "if you break it you own it". And Bush-Cheney broke it. Without any planning whatsoever for what do do after the invasion. And as Kerry said in 2003, the invasion would be the easy part. It's winning the peace that would count. And Kerry was 100% right.
