I think that he's wrong that it's totally useless as a terrorist weapon, but he's probably correct in that there are other gasses that would be more deadly, like nerve gas, that would be their choice. Saddam used that kind on the Kurds and Iranians. We helped him get that capacity. Like giving a 5 year old a book of matches and then blaming the child for burning down the house.

Saddam had that in his possession in the eighties and aparantly used it on the Kurds. Didn't bother the Reagan Regime. They aided and abetted him in doing it. Why the sudden concern? Chimp is otherwise a harsh and uncaring president. He ignored the plight of the Katrina victims. Why? It's a feint attempt at justifying Chimpy's illegal excursion.
