Sadly it is not a very credible book. Poorly written and annotated. However, the gist of the argument that the apparatus is in place for the benefit of everyone except the debtor nation is inescapable, despite the confessional nature of the work. The consequences of refusing this largess is, according to the book, assassination or regime change by any other means.

Play Ball!!

P.S., The author was hired by an engineering firm, a Haliburton competitor but believes that an agency of the U.S. Gov't was behind his hiring and training. The main thrust was to sell the idea of explosive growth and infrastructure needs to the debtor nation. Overestimate the needs by huge magnitudes and thus the loan amounts, award all the contracts to U.S. corporations and burden the debtor with huge loans for what they could not afford and did not need.

Cheers,
Ogi
