lol What is the purpose or benefit of teachers' tenure? Its a benefit in lieu of a non subsistence salary. I didn't think you would tell everyone what the benefit is, just repeating that there is a benefit. Your union supported board member is still trying to get Mr Brooks fired down here for raising student grades and implementing merit pay for teachers. You support teacher unions but you don't support automotive unions. Why is that? Why are you not worried about your fellow blacks making millions in sports while you're afraid to leave the security of being surrounded my students half your age? My salary? I'm "rich" ted, I got an income tax cut when Bush took over.
