What are you posting old news for? Huh you been in the corner again? <G> That warrant exercise has been great for the stock over 35 million traded already. Too bad you missed the boat on USA but it has a long ways to go just like Genco did.

Is that disinterested or jealous or envious? "...(all shareholders other than shareholders who hold warrants eligible for the warrant incentive program)..." It seems odd to me that the shareholders that do not have fork over their cash are the ones deciding that the warrant holders must cough up their cash earlier than expected. Rather than a pump up it seems those warrant holders will be selling their USA.v shares to raise cash to exercise their warrants early. Is USA.v desperate for cash?
