The HIV patient who went into spontaneous remission was the segment which most held my interest. A major flaw in that segment was, at least to my way of thinking, the judge's part being written for him to play a senile old goat and the reason he gave for his decision (albeit probably correct) bore no relationship to the law or precedent or ruling by the United States Supreme Court. reason.com FWIW, I remember the Moore case vividly, mentioned in the above article.
