Tenet is lying - your first three words were accurate on that one.

One of the legitimate criticisms of Bush that can be made is that he let loyalty to individuals like Tenet override good judgment. Tenet should have been replaced after 911.

I'm halfway convinced the CIA should be disbanded and all its employees fired. It seems to do nothing of value for the country. And does much harm.
