That's one way of framing the current political flux.... Of course, that is not the ONLY possible way for things to develop. There are many avenues still open at this point. (To just mention one possibility out of many - without assigning it any ranking for 'how possible', but just mentioning that the possibility exists - what if an extremely WELL-FINANCED candidate mounted a third Party run... say a Bloomberg or some such. And then posit that the two sides of the Republi-crats each puts forth divisive Party nominees with high NEGATIVES among the general public... say a Hillary and a Big Government Christian Conservative, for example. How THEN would the tenor of the election change? Considering that Independents are the fastest rising political 'affiliation'....)
