I just recommended a post for the first time to see what happens. Nothing happened. Aren't you supposed to recommend it to someone else with the idea being that you recommend that they read it? Does a "recommendation" just mean the same as "I agree" or something?


In this case, recommend means others should read the post......that you or whoever is making the recommendation thinks its a good post.

I'm never recommending any posts again, other than my own, which I may have to right a computer program to go back and recommend all of them between 20-50 times each...

Let us know how that's working for you.

Hmmm, it appears I can't recommend my own post? What good is this stupid recommend function. That's it, I'm leaving...

People who are narcissistic or ego centric tend not to like the function. Many of them leave when they find out they can't recommend their own posts.
