I don't see any dilution. CY converted 7.5 m of the 52,033,287 Class B shares they already had into Class A shares:

From the 144:
"7,500,000 of Cypress’s Class B common stock holdings will be automatically converted into Class A common stock upon the close of the sale reported above"

They used an expired OMB Form:

OMB Number: 3235-0101
Expires: December 31, 2006
