Last I heard they have to purify it first, doesn't get rid of the PCB's though

India has all sorts of problems because of it's large population. Overuse of water is one problem. opps increasing populations isn't part of your mantra is it?? Large portions of the population can get by using small amounts of energy produced locally though.

That was the point of my post.
