I have found some info that I passed on to the officer in charge of the case. I also have someone watching this person's house now. This is still a relatively small town. I have time and resources the police department don't have. He's going to be found. Now, the hard part is going to be bringing charges against him. They have no eye witnesses to say they saw him booby trap that lot, no evidence he made the spikes. From what I have been told, the DA is anxious to get this guy but needs more then "he's acting strangely, he doesn't like golf carts coming and going on a lot he doesn't own, he's hurled verbal assults against golfers using that lot."
