With some outside pushing I went in to see a shrink today. He said my greatest fault is that I'm too analytical and it impacts my mood. He had a lot of nice things to say but he reiterated that meds were not going to provide any relief from the ups and downs of divorce.

I had a message on my answering machine that my dad was admitted into the hospital for an emergency. I have to drive down. Don't post a bunch of I'm sorry and stuff like that. I'm prepared to lose him and things will be just fine. No worries - if its his time its his time
