I think he's a patriot (or people will call him that- what's in a name?) if he guessed right. If he guessed wrong you might just call him a psychopathic nut. The problem is knowing in advance which a person is, or if you want to indulge in such activities, which you will be. When you get out the power tools and use them on what turn out to be innocent people, the patriot thing loses traction- even were one to turn oneself in.
