The statement you doubted was

There have been real world cases where the police or intelligence forces have captured a 'ticking bomb' - usually the driver or the handler of a suicide bomber, sometimes the bomber himself, and they have been made to talk. I know it has happened in Israel; I don't know what methods were used

You wanted an example of a ticking time bomb. You doubted the existence of such a person. I gave you an example.

The article doesn't say whether he was arrested before or after the truck exploded, but let's say it was before. What better definition of 'ticking bomb' could you have than a man who was the human guidance system of a large truck bomb? He was arrested, he talked, and the rest of the network was rolled up.
