SpectRx, Inc. Provides Update on Stock Trading Status Friday May 4, 8:51 am ET NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpectRx, Inc. (OTCBB: SPRXE - News) today announced that it received notification from NASD that the Company is delinquent in its reporting three times in a 24-month period under NASD rules and is ineligible for quotation on the OTCBB for one year. The Company has until May 9, 2007 to file an appeal of the NASD Staff's determination that the Company was delinquent. The Company expects that its stock symbol will change to SPRXE with the opening of trading on May 4, 2007.
