There will absolutely be no R/S of SPRL because it is totally unnecessary. Sam Hyams has repeatedly stated this fact in response to the incessant Pro-basher BS generated by the original, disgorged and disgruntled R/M 'wheeler-dealers' (..who were stupid enough to sell their 'gimme-shares' before the first R/S - for chump change..). There is no major dilution here, nor is the outstanding share count unreasonable for what they are doing in the oil business. Concurrently, unlike other Mini-MicroCaps, they have not branched off into pinball machine sales, video game rentals, or other distractive whizbang and so-called 'diversification' efforts. They have their noses to the grind stone and their eyes on the prize. And, all the insiders are working on their own money - not selling their own or SPRL treasury shares to feed their personal kitties. I'd strongly suggest that you collect at 0.006+/-. There is ongoing travel back and forth to Russia and the big deals for oil sludge and the sales of recovered oil therefrom have been in the works for some time. I've collected a very nice Tomorrow Sock full at these ridiculously low and outsider-manipulated prices; as have a lot of the other real longs. IMHO, this is the calm before the storm - overlooking your recent sputterings of course.......... John :-) ps & o/t: USSE: same story - different channel. .
