There were a couple of coupon passes, and probably about
$40 bln. in temps, maybe more, if I remember correctly.
Nothing like 8 coupon passes in 3 weeks we witnessed just
now, outrageous TIOs and sec. lending, and quite a few temps
as well. Prior to Ben, Al managed the stock market through
outrageous sec. lending, which is temporary, but longer term.
