Well, it wouldn't be a class action because such a case is unlikely to satisfy the criteria for class action treatment.

It could be a joint complaint filed by a number of individual plaintiffs or framed as a number of separate cases filed by those individuals.

The amount in dispute on the various cases would
largely dictate the jurisdiction, e.g. Superior vs. Municipal court.
