I agree...we could start with a bucket of range balls and I could hook that rocket up and fire it through a window.

People do such ****ing stupid things. I do them too but I have a slightly less dangerous, more stupid way of doing them <g>

Here's a Gloopid stupid for ya. My neighbor is 58. He's a great guy and he takes my abuse well. Last year he was out mowing his yard and I got on my deck and hit him with an egg. Within seconds the other neighbors see me running with a 58 year old running after me. I was laughing so hard he caught me. Now, I could destroy this guy but he caught me fair & square. He rubbed grass and mud in my face and here are two grown men laying out in someones back yard laughing our asses off. I know its juvenile but sometimes I just can't help myself - it makes for great fun in the neighborhood. Some people don't know their neighbors. I do and I treat them all the same (Like Lombardi did) like dogs LOL

The way I've been told the charges will be written up is premeditated, assault with a deadly weapon/terroristic threat, injury to a child with intent to do harm.

I really don't think much will happen to him. He's clean as a whistle from the checks that have been made on him. I'm sure he'll get charged with some lesser of the charges and be given probation. He will be out attorney's fees which will be considerable and loose time from work. He'll have to explain why he has to loose time from work so there's always going to be some speculation about regardless of how this all turns out.

His life will be forever changed all because of a few golfers taking a route they have been authorized to take for the past 12+ years. Because he didn't think through the consequences of his actions he was taking.
