Re: "Clinton all but made Loral give the information to China."

PLS bother to *prove* that WILD CLAIM....

'Cause, that *ain't* what the official US Federal Court Record says....

(And, if your, er... theory had ANYTHING to it, then PLS explain to me why --- in the past seven years --- the Bush Administration, NO 'FAN' of the Clintons, LOL!, has done NOTHING to correct matters, or to establish that, no prosecutions, nothing. Is BUSH in 'league' with the Chinese Commies too?)

About Loaral and Clinton....it was a business decision by upper loral management- -mostly Bernie Schwartz. And contrary to what McKee claims, Bernie was Clinton's single largest individual contributor.

But China offered a cheap ride to geosynchronous orbit, where communications satellites (mostly) live. The trouble is, they had a long history of guidance problems- -like turnng sideways soon after launch and hitting and blowing things up. The one previous to Loral's launch hit the village next to the launch pad, killing thousands (China, under much pressure, eventually admitted to 6 dead). Bernie wanted the cheap ride, but not the explosion. He sent a team of engineers over there to teach the Chinese how to make a working guidance system. Illegal under then-current and still current US law- -but who was going o prosecute him? He'd bought the Prexy. He succeeded. The satellite made geosync orbit. It was one of the Intelsat series (VII, I think).

But if you van put a satellite in geosync orbit, you can put a nuclear warhead on any city in the world.
