Unreal. His rights were violated by an agreement he didn't know about so spiking peoples golf car tires who had nothing to do with the agreement is within his rights. What an idiot. I just can't understand some peoples thought processes.

Then he found out they were allowed to use the lot next to him and he felt his rights were being violated by not being notified by the real estate agent that this was an in place policy. Why should the RE agent (or seller for that matter) be under a duty to tell the guy about something that affects a property he is not buying? Dollars to doughnuts the purchase and sale agreement had an inspection addendum that allowed the guy to do whatever studies, including neighborhood studies, he wanted to satisfy himself. Dollars to doughnuts he didn't do any studies or investigation. Now he wants to blame someone else. Typical.
